Returns

THECLOTHINGCAPITAL LLC agrees to sell its products on the terms and conditions set forth in this invoice. Buyer’s acceptance of this invoice shall create a contract. The terms of this contract shall supersede any conflicting terms on any document submitted by Buyer. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The original packing slip or return authorization form must also be included.

To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@theclothingcapital.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address which is given upon return approval.

If your return is accepted, you can proceed and purchase a shipping label (we are not responsible for return cost shipping), and we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit: All returned merchandise will be in the form of a store credit. All store credits will be issued within 30 days of item being received back to us. Once your return has been processed, we will issue you a store credit via email or text. 

No merchandise credit or replacement will be issued for any items that are received 8 days or more from the date THECLOTHINGCAPITAL receives the written request for a return. Merchandise credit does not expire.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as bodysuits, swim, and any kind of undergarment).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically emailed store credit validation. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Sales@theclothingcapital.com

All sales are not subject to a refund. Only store credit will be issued.
